In-House Tool and Die
CAC tool and die capabilities range from designing, building and maintaining the dies used in our manufacturing process.

Our die design department has the ability to electronically exchange data with our customers to assure a quality tool. We can start the design process with a customer-supplied print or supplied part. Our die design department works with AutoCAD, Die Maker and Esprit software.

Our tool room is staffed with highly skilled toolmakers to make dies that will meet the specifications of our customers. Our runs last longer with less maintenance and produce more accurate parts with less waste. We specialize in:

Metal Stamping
CAC has stamping equipment with press sizes from 27 to 200 tons. We can handle raw material in many forms including sheet, coil, and bar stock. We produce parts in a variety metals:

Hot and Cold rolled Steel
Copper
Brass
Aluminum
Stainless
Thicknesses ranging from .015 to .312 inches
Widths ranging from .500 to 24 inches

Assembly
CAC strives to provide the most comprehensive services to our customers; our value-added fabrication capabilities include assembly work, spot welding, PEM insertion and mechanical assemblies. We take pride in parts produced to our customers’ specifications.

CAC partners with our customers to develop custom Kanban program to suit their specific needs.
